Once you've got your preparations out of the way, it's time to find the home of your dreams!
Get pre-qualified with a lender. Before you find a home, you have to find out what you can afford. A lender will discuss with you your income, debts and credit scores. A local lender is always a good idea. It is always nice to be able to discuss such important issues face to face.
Narrow your search. Select a few homes that interest you the most and I can make appointments to visit them. Or let me put my expertise to work and select homes that I think you would love!
Time to Buy. Once we've picked out your home, I can help you make an offer that the seller will accept. I will research the comparables with you and give you advise on a good offering price.
