What To Look For In An Agent. Here are some factors to keep in mind when looking for a listing agent:
  1. I have Experience and Expertise. You want a full-time agent who's familiar with your area and with the type of property you intend to sell. I employ a diverse range of marketing and advertising strategies. My staff and I are tech-savvy and know how to market your property. I have experience in all different types of properties in many different areas and price ranges.
  2. Availability and Commitment. I am capable of prompt and decisive action during the course of selling your home. We make a point to keep in touch with you constantly and can easily be contacted in case of emergencies or even for the simplest questions.  I have an experienced, full time, licensed assistant who is readily available and able to help as well.
  3. Rapport. I will take the time to listen to your goals and clarify your needs. I can understand your unique situation and am genuinely concerned about the outcome of the process. As your listing agent, I will be your guide and partner in this crucial decision.
