About Me

Cindy has lived in the Waco area for over 40 years and has worked in real estate since 2013, building trusting, long-term relationships by guiding clients through each step of the buying and selling process with patience, clear communication, and genuine care. She continually invests in her professional development—earning designations including GRI, SRS, ABR, and SRES—so she can offer informed, up-to-date advice and specialized services that match each client’s unique needs. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, downsizers, or investors, she brings experience, market knowledge, and thoughtful strategy to every transaction.

Deeply rooted in the community, she volunteers and supports local causes that strengthen neighborhoods and help families thrive. Outside of real estate, her greatest joy is time with family and her grandchildren—whose energy and love are a reminder every day why helping people find home matters. Cindy looks forward to serving her clients with integrity, compassion, and reliable guidance.

Paige was fantastic to work with. She really listened to what we were looking for, made excellent recommendations, had great attention to detail and most importantly, wasn’t pushy. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable throughout each step of the process. – Miranda Kelinske
