Natalie has been a devoted Wacoan since 2008 after graduating from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Her sales skills were quickly recognized when she was hired by Georgio’s Bridal & Formal Wear while shopping with a friend for a wedding gown. Shortly after, she joined a local brokerage as Marketing Director, eventually earning her real estate license in October 2012.

She has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, been a Top Producing agent multiple years, and has helped over 200 families buy and sell homes in the Greater Central Texas area. Primarily focused on residential properties, she has experience in all types of sales.

Growing up in a small town instilled in her a strong passion for community. She has served on the Executive Board for Refuge Waco, spent five years on the board for the Advocacy Center for Crime Victims & Children, and is involved with the Greater Hewitt Chamber of Commerce. She has also volunteered with the Junior League of Waco, Cotton Palace, Habitat for Humanity, and the United Way of McLennan County.
