Charlotte lives on a 300+ acre ranch in the Axtell area, just outside of Waco. Since earning her license in 1998, She’s been committed to helping families find their dream homes in Waco and the surrounding areas. As a mom of three ages 25, 24, and 17, and a wife of 30 years, she understands the importance of finding the perfect home for your family.

She’s completed two Ironman triathlons—yes, she enjoys swimming, biking, and running for hours on end—and participates in various off-road triathlons and XC mountain bike races with her youngest son.
