Breanna Pickens is a Waco-based Realtor®, wife, and proud mom to her 11-year-old daughter, Opal. She and her husband, Clay, began investing in real estate in South Texas in 2012 and returned to Waco in 2016, where Breanna became a licensed agent. She has a true passion for homes with character—whether it’s original hardwoods, vintage windows, charming built-ins, or mid-century modern design.

Family is at the heart of everything Breanna does. She loves cheering Opal on at softball games, traveling with her family, and finding new experiences to share together.
