Meet Jonathan Grant

Buying a home is the most important decision most folks make. Being able to see what a house can and can’t become is a critical part of the process. My network, experience and vision are valuable assets to my clients. I would love to visit with you about how together we might bring your real estate dreams to fruition.

About Me

Jonathan Grant moved to Waco in the Fall of 1989 to attend Baylor University. Intending to move back to San Antonio upon graduation, he chose to stay in Waco, attended grad school, and has grown to love this incredible central Texas community. In that time, he has owned a residential custom home and renovation company, served as associate pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, and built a real estate business. Jonathan took a hiatus from real estate the past three years to serve as executive director of World Hunger Relief Inc. He is thrilled to be back in the work that makes his heart sing. Jonathan is married to Amy Grant (not that Amy Grant), and together they have 4 children. Jonathan is a Waco ISD school board trustee and serves on the boards of the Baylor Line Foundation and the TB Maston Foundation. He loves cooking for friends, sharing deep conversations over good drink, traveling to food destinations, attending Baylor athletics, investing in public schools, and watching his children grow to be kind, compassionate, and engaged adults.

Allyson and I have garnered a wonderful friendship and working relationship over the last year. Her advice was instrumental in me being able to sell my house at a very competitive price point. I have to tell you guys that Allyson is an awesome ambassador to your team. She reminds me so much of Camille. She is smart, kind, fair and has her hand on the pulse of the Greater Waco Realty Market. Nevertheless, her calm demeanor, and her commitment to honesty and her faith, made me feel secure in every decision that we made. I just don’t know that anyone else could have done what she did for me and my family in this market. God was with us. – Keith Willis
