As a lifelong Waco resident, I have a deep appreciation for the community I’m proud to call home. I grew up here, attended Baylor University, and met my husband, Russ Davis, while we were students. Shortly after we married, we spent a year teaching English in Thailand before returning to Waco to build our life and careers.
After teaching junior high and high school math for two years, I transitioned into real estate in 2007 to help support my husband’s growing home-building business. What began as a way to complement Russ’s work has grown into a career I truly love. Every day, I have the opportunity to meet incredible people and help them achieve the dream of homeownership—a privilege I never take for granted.
One of the things my clients appreciate most is that I truly know Waco. Beyond understanding the local real estate market, I know the neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and the people who make this city such a wonderful place to live. Whether you’re buying your first home, building a custom home, or selling a property, I’m committed to making the process as smooth and successful as possible.
As of 2026, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 550 families buy or sell a home and am honored to rank among the top 1% of Realtors in the Waco area. As the wife of Russ Davis, owner of Russ Davis Homes, I also bring extensive knowledge of both new construction and existing home sales, giving my clients valuable insight no matter what type of home they’re looking for. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me cheering on one of my three kids at their many sporting events, volunteering at our church, First Woodway, fitting in a workout, or planning our family’s next adventure. I love to travel, explore new places, and then come home to the city I love most—Waco!
