A Waco native, Meredith graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a degree in psychology and business, then earned her master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from LSU. She spent over a decade overseas working in risk management and regulatory compliance for international financial institutions before returning to Waco to raise her family. That experience—navigating regulations, managing documentation, guiding clients through high-stakes decisions—translates directly to the work she does now. Meredith is part of The 254 Realty Group at Camille Johnson Realtors, where, in addition to standard transactions, she also focuses on complex residential transactions including short sales, inherited properties, and divorce situations. She holds the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) designation. Meredith lives in Waco with her husband and two children, a son, 14, and daughter, 11. The family are members of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, and both kids attend Vanguard College Preparatory School. When she’s not working, Meredith enjoys tennis, gardening, cooking, and performing at Waco Civic Theatre.
