Monica Rankin was born in New Jersey and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She has proudly called Waco home for the past 31 years. Monica is married to her husband, Jason, who has been a successful realtor for over 20 years, giving her valuable insight into the real estate industry.

As a devoted mother of four, Monica spent many years actively supporting her children in their activities, including Midway Goal Tenders, Midway choir, Midway aquatics, Midway basketball, and Joy’s School of Dance. Her involvement in the community has helped her build strong local connections and a deep understanding of the area.

Now that her children are grown, Monica is excited to begin her own career in real estate. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process and is ready to guide you every step of the way on your real estate journey.
