Skylar Fain grew up right outside of Waco, in a little town called Abbott, TX! Growing up in Abbott has given Skylar unique and powerful insight into what the rural community markets, and the great city of Waco, have to offer. Upon graduation, she attended TSTC to pursue a career as a Dental Assistant at Lake Whitney Dental. Skylar’s drive for goal setting and achievement has always been paramount in every aspect of her life; this mindset drove her to purchase, sell and now build her own home. Navigating each of those processes caused Skylar to fall in love with real estate and ultimately dive headfirst into making real estate her career! She believes her firsthand experience allows her to personally relate to her clients, as well as fight for their wants/needs as if they were her own. Skylar prides herself on her market knowledge as well as her ability to build life-long connections with her clients. Within the first 3 months of her career, Skylar was awarded Most Valuable Agent with her company due to her sales volume surpassing all other agents and exceeding $1 million. Her main goals for her clients are to make the buying and selling process simple, informative, and fun! Whenever Skylar isn’t working, she spends time with her family, friends, cat and 8 dogs!
