About Me

Courtney is originally from the East Texas town of Lufkin but she found her place in Waco in 2004 when she moved to the area to attend Baylor University. She graduated with a B.B.A in marketing and quickly made Waco her forever home. Courtney married a Waco native and began working in marketing, where she stayed for 8 years before choosing to stay home and raise her two children, Will and Emma. Courtney is very involved in the community, especially her church, First Woodway. Her passion for people is apparent when you meet her as is her desire to help you find the perfect home in this wonderful city!

Our Office Listings

Valerie was a tremendous help to us in purchasing our first home. She and her husband, Tom, make a powerful and knowledgeable team. Not only does Valerie have a precise understanding of the inner workings of the realty game, but also she can help any buyer envision how a structurally sound house could be a home with a little elbow grease. After our first few homes fell through, the Waitley team was diligent and motivated to help us find a house that checked as many of our (admittedly a bit far-fetched) boxes. Beyond this, Valerie was available at any time to answer questions and soothe anxiety. She is an invaluable source of information and asset whether searching for your first home or your fifth. She is someone who looks after her clients with a fierce mentality all with grace and poise. If you are searching for a realtor who has vision, is readily available and meticulous during the contract period, and, above all, listens to and fights for her clients’ best interests, it becomes an easy choice. My fiancé and I would highly recommend Valerie and the Waitley team for any home, land, or other real estate purchase process. (She may have done her job too well—we love the house so much that we may never purchase again!) - The Howertons
